ORA Green Bird's Nest

The ORA Green Bird’s Nest is characterized by reddish orange polyp roots with bright, neon green polyp tips. This defined color contrast give the ORA Green Bird’s Nest it’s distinguished look. The ORA Green Bird’s Nest exhibits a growth pattern similar to the ORA Bird of Paradise. Unlike the ORA Pink Bird’s Nest and the ORA Hyacinth Bird’s Nest which grows with pointed ends, the green variety has rounded branches with blunt ends. The ORA Green Bird’s Nest can survive under various lighting setups, ranging from power compacts, VHO, T-5’s and finally metal halides. Under metal halides, this coral should be kept in the mid to low range, while under any other lighting, it should be kept in the mid to high range. Medium to strong flow is recommended, especially as the colony gets larger.
