The ORA Blue Millepora will add a splash of blue color to any reef aquarium. ORA offers several types of Millepora such as the ORA Scripps Pink Millepora, ORA Nathan’s Green Millepora, and the ORA Rose Millepora. The ORA Blue Millepora exhibits antler-like growth, and is thickly covered in corallites. This beautiful SPS (small polyped stony) coral requires moderate water flow and strong metal halide lighting to maintain its color. As with most sps, proper calcium alkalinity and magnesium levels must be maintained. Place the ORA Blue Millepora Coral high in your reef tank where currents will be supplied with the necessary nutrients and trace elements. Keep in mind, that the ORA Blue Millepora may sting other corals it comes in contact with. Be careful in selecting a spot for this coral and make sure to leave plenty of room for growth.

The combination of the Radium metal halide bulbs and the VHO’s make this ORA Blue Millepora look “electrified”. It’s just bursting with color. This coral looks bluish green in this photo. I would love to have a coral that looks like that in my aquarium.
How can you not love Milleporas? This nice ORA Blue Millepora looks great and has begun to encrust over the rock. You can see the antler-like growth pattern on this ORA coral. Some milleporas may also begin to table at some point.
Very cool macro of the ORA Blue Millepora. I like the fact that it shows white polyps on new growth tips, and reddish brown ones or more established areas of the coral.
